These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of roofconnectionpa.com (the “Website”), which is operated by The Roof Connection (“The Roof Connection,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Website Purpose
The Website provides general information about our roofing, roof-repair, roof-replacement, storm-damage, commercial roofing, renovation, and related services.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a professional inspection, construction recommendation, insurance opinion, legal opinion, or guarantee that any particular service is suitable for your property.
2. Estimates and Service Agreements
Submitting a form, requesting an estimate, calling us, or communicating with us does not create a contractor-client relationship and does not obligate either party to enter into a project.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement:
- Website estimates, price ranges, timelines, and descriptions are preliminary
- An on-site inspection may be required before a final proposal can be prepared
- Availability, materials, project scope, and pricing may change
- No roofing, renovation, or other construction work is authorized through the Website alone
Actual services are governed by a separate written proposal, contract, work order, warranty, or other agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls with respect to that project.
3. Storm-Damage and Insurance Information
Information concerning storm damage or insurance claims is general information only. We are not an insurance company, insurance adjuster, public adjuster, attorney, or guarantor of insurance coverage.
We may document visible property conditions, provide estimates, and communicate project-related information as permitted by law. Coverage decisions, claim payments, deductibles, policy interpretation, and settlement decisions remain between you and your insurer.
Nothing on the Website promises that an insurer will approve or pay a claim.
4. Emergency Information
Website submissions may not be reviewed immediately. Do not rely on the Website to report an emergency.
If a damaged structure, electrical condition, fire, gas leak, fallen tree, severe water intrusion, or another condition presents an immediate danger, leave the affected area and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ROOF CONNECTION AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not modify obligations established in a signed project agreement.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Roof Connection and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

Our collection and use of personal information through the Website are described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding concerning these Terms or use of the Website must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
This provision concerns the Website. A signed project agreement may contain different dispute-resolution terms governing contracted services.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted.
16. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Website. They do not replace or modify any signed agreement governing an estimate, inspection, construction project, warranty, or other service.
